Sara

Sara – Managing Director

  • Steel is the family business and something Sara is very knowledgeable and passionate about!
  • In 2013, after seven years working in online advertising in London, and with a lifetime knowledge of steel, she co-founded BMO as the online arm of the Amerex Group with her brother Ross,
  • Thanks to Sara, BMO runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • When not advising customers, Sara likes skiing, running and shopping.

Ross – Director

  • Ross has done a tonne of work in the steel industry, and has more than twenty years of experience.
  • He co-founded BMO with Sara and works as Sales Director of the Amerex Group.
  • Ross has a keen interest in business and finance, and in his free time, he enjoys five aside, squash and jogging.
  • His favourite #madewithmetal creations are Eddie Roberts’ sculptures.

Kayla – Accounts Manager

  • Kayla takes care of accounts & finance
  • She enjoys shopping, Good  food and Music
  • Kayla joined BMO in 2022

Brooke – Customer Service Manager

  • Brooke takes care of both admin and customer service tasks.
  • She enjoys travelling and music.

Jess – Finance Manager

  • Jess is our whiz with the numbers, taking care of all backstage operations.
  • She manages all of the company’s accounts and oversees admin.
  • Jess is always happy to help customers as well – and she has more than 5 years of experience in the BMO team.
  • She likes Irn Bru, H&M and going to the gym.
  • Her favourite #madewithmetal creations are Copper splashbacks and kitchen features.

Georgia – Admin assistant/Customer Service

  • Georgia takes care of both admin and customer service tasks.
  • Georgia is an avid quizzer!
  • She lives for Strictly Come Dancing!
  • Her favourite #madewithmetal creation are mirrors made with our Stainless steel mirror sheet.

  • Chris manages our warehouse, overseeing our guillotine operators and dispatch
  • Maciej, David and Mark are our hard-working guillotine operators. They cut your orders to size and pack them for dispatch, making sure you get exactly what you need.
