Fabricated from high-quality 3 mm thick Corten Steel, this piece is hard-wearing and durable suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. Each Gas Fire Pit has feet raising it off the ground, creating a sophisticated look which will bring a touch of luxury wherever it is used. The beautiful orange hue unique to Corten Steel brings feelings of warmth before the fire has even started. With a simple set up, the Fire Pit is easy to use however it should be noted for UK customers, the gas regulator comes with a European fitting and must be changed prior to use. How will your Corten Steel weather?
1. In most cases your Corten Steel product will arrive un-rusted. It may have a slight patina or dark oily residue, this is completely normal.
2. As weathering begins, the residue breaks down and the rusty colour will start to appear. During this time, any run-off may stain stone or concrete surfaces.
3. After weathering (around 6-9 months), run-off may still occur but it will be minimal.
