Our shark-tooth galvanised steel garden edging is designed to help you change the look of your outdoor space simply and swiftly. Made from our best-selling and ultra-durable galvanised steel, this spiked metal bordering is ready for anything the British weather throws at it.

Our regular Galvanised steel garden edging is a huge hit with landscapers, but we wanted to create a product that everyone could install, even at home. By cutting a triangular shark’s tooth pattern into the metal, we’ve made installation simple – all you have to do is sink the points into the ground and you’re good to go.

Available in a wide range of heights and lengths. Please note the Teeth are 150mm in height, then your selected height will be above ground

We cut a triangular sharks’ tooth pattern into our regular edging, so all that’s left for you to do is sink it into the ground. This eliminates the need to weld pegs to the steel strips and makes installation easier than ever.

Galvanised steel has a dull, silver-grey finish, giving it a sleek, minimalist look. As well as creating neat, raised beds with an industrial aesthetic, this products helps keep rodents and other pests away from your plants. How it’s made: 

Sheet steel is dipped in a bath of pure molten zinc, forming zinc oxide. When zinc oxide reacts with carbon dioxide, zinc carbonate is formed. Zinc carbonate is the stuff that protects the steel from the elements, making it exceptionally water and weatherproof, so you don ‘t have to worry about rust. We cut the metal into strips to suit the height you’re looking for, then cut a spiked pattern into one edge to make installation straightforward.

We would suggest you re-galvanise the galvanised edging sides, where it has been cut, to make sure it is weather resistant, before you install.  You can buy galvanised spray and seek further advise from your local DIY store
