Return Policy
In order to guarantee customer satisfaction you can return your order within 28 days from delivery, for a full refund to the original payment method. Once we have received your items we will credit a full refund, less delivery fees, to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to credit your account. All Paypal refunds will be made within 72 hours. Please Note: If you choose to reject your order when the courier attempts delivery shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund. Delivery fees will also be deducted from any refund owed if an order is cancelled/returned and has been shipped.
Damaged Orders
If when you receive your order and it has been damaged in transport, please take a picture and email it to sales@buymetalonline.co.uk. Once we have received the email we will respond within one working day. You then have up to 30 days to return the goods, from the date they were received, in order to receive a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement. If your goods were damaged in transport we will also refund the shipping costs to you once the goods are returned to us if you provide proof of courier payment.
Your responsibility and our liability
On 13 June 2014, Distance Selling Regulations were replaced with the Consumer Contracts and this gives you the right to cancel your order at any time. It begins from the moment you place your order, and finishes seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. Seven days is the minimum legal cancellation period, however we have chosen to extend this to 28 days to provide complete customer satisfaction.
We recommend that you use Interparcel.com to ship the goods back to us. We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse and we also do not accept liability for any goods that may be returned to us by mistake.
Where goods that are unwanted are returned damaged, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any deductions due by way of compensation for any damage that has been incurred. In the event that substantial damage is evident we also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Once we have received the product(s) a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days. Please note this usually takes 3 working days but may take up to 10 days.
